Certification introduction

MET (MET Laboratories, Inc) is the abbreviation of Maryland Electrical Testing. Founded in 1959 in Maryland, USA (U.S. headquarters), it is the first Nationally Recognized Laboratory (NRTL). Engaged in product testing technology and certification. U.S. laboratories are located in Baltimore (Maryland, Maryland), Santa Clara (California, Silicon Valley), Union City (California, Silicon Valley), Austin (Texas, Texas), and the U.S. branch Located in North Carolina, Chicago, Detroit.

MET's safety certification mark and the UL mark have the same validity in North America. MET can conduct testing and certification recognized by the U.S. and Canadian governments on a variety of electronics, household appliances, telecommunications equipment, medical equipment, power tools and other electrical products.

Communication station: desktop/laptop computers, LCD/CRT monitors, servers, gateways/bridges/ADSL Modems, network relay equipment, printers/copiers/scanners/fax machines, paper shredders/bank POS machines, medical products;

Sphygmomanometer/thermometer: blood analyzer/biochemical analyzer, B-ultrasound machine/color ultrasound machine/X-ray machine, nuclear magnetic resonance, medical electronic scale, medical monitoring display;

Power tools: electric drill, electric screwdriver, electric saw, electric planer, electric grinder;

Test equipment: distance meters, electric scales, instruments, network analyzers.

Authorization

Moreover, LCS won many authorized qualifications both domestic and overseas. LCS is recognized as IEC/ISO17025 laboratories accepted by CNAS and NVLAP, accredited by CPSC, CMA, accredited for CQC, ISTA, CBTL, SASO, SABS. Meanwhile LCS become laboratory authorized by TUV, BQTF issued by the SIG. LCS had also signed cooperation agreements with FCC, ISED, ETL, CEC, UL, E-Mark, CETECOM, KTC, SAA Approval and many other authoritative institutions, hence we can provide our clients with efficient and professional service for product test and certification.
