Paint Testing
Basic Introduction
LCS undertakes testing services such as component analysis,
performance testing, aging testing, and formula restoration of
coatings (coatings/films), paints (paint films), pigments, and
related chemical materials.
Beice is guided by the technical needs and development of paints,
based on resource integration and technology sharing, and based on
performance testing, formula analysis, and new material
development. It is committed to building a bridge between
production and research, and achieving the connection between
research and application, thereby promoting the development of my
country's paint industry. Beice Paint Testing Laboratory involves
coating component analysis, paint formula analysis, paint formula
analysis, paint testing, etc. It is a formal third-party testing
laboratory that can issue globally recognized test reports for
product development reference or major e-commerce platforms.
Provide technical support for your product process improvement,
formula upgrade, sales channel expansion, etc.
Testing Scope
1 Natural lacquer (also known as national lacquer, lacquer)
There are raw lacquer and cooked lacquer. The natural lacquer film
is tough, durable, acid and heat resistant, and has good gloss.
2 Oil-based paints and coatings
(1) Clear oil (commonly known as cooked oil, fish oil). Made by
adding a drying agent to refined drying oil. Commonly used as a
waterproof or moisture-proof coating and for preparing original
paint and blending paint. (2) Oil-based thick paint
(3) Oil-based blending paint
3 Resin paint coatings
(1) Varnish (resin paint)
(2) Magnet paint
(3) Glossy paint (commonly known as lacquer)
(4) Spray paint (nitrocellulose lacquer)
(5) Blending paint. Made by mixing drying oil, pigment, solvent,
drying agent, etc. Floor paint, insulating paint, electrophoretic
paint, fluorocarbon paint, ship paint, wood paint, architectural
paint, inorganic architectural paint for exterior walls,
perchloroethylene enamel, amino drying enamel, automotive
topcoat/primer, railway locomotive topcoat, railway freight car
high-build alkyd paint, railway locomotive antirust primer, alkyd
enamel, electronic component paint, refrigerator enamel, nitro
varnish, nitro exterior enamel, alkyd varnish, alkyd blended paint,
acrylic varnish, phenolic enamel, nitro primer, perchloroethylene
anticorrosive paint, aluminum powder silicone drying heat-resistant
paint (two-component), epoxy ester drying electrophoretic paint,
micaceous iron phenolic antirust paint, alkyd drying insulating
paint, zinc-rich primer, amino drying insulating paint, automotive
paint coating, colorable latex base paint, polyester imide
impregnating paint, heat-curing impregnating paint, fast-curing
energy-saving melamine alkyd impregnating paint, etc.
